We are supporting a leading investment banking platform in the search for an Associate to join its Energy Infrastructure team. The team advises a broad range of clients across the energy transition and infrastructure landscape, including renewable developers, infrastructure funds, utilities, IPPs and strategic investors across Europe.

The role offers exposure to high-profile M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates in one of the most active areas of the infrastructure market. The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role across live transactions and business development activities, supporting senior bankers on the execution of complex energy and infrastructure mandates.

Responsibilities will include: Financial modelling and valuation analysisM&A executionDebt and equity capital raising supportPreparation of client presentations and marketing materialsDue diligence coordinationTransaction process managementMarket research and strategic analysisSupporting negotiations and client interactionsThe individual will gain exposure across a broad range of energy infrastructure and energy transition subsectors, including: Renewable energyBattery energy storage systems (BESS)Power and utilitiesEnergy transition infrastructureGrid and flexible energy assetsCandidate ProfileThe team is looking to speak with candidates who possess:3–6 years of relevant experience within investment banking, infrastructure advisory or energy M&AStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilitiesTransaction execution experience across M&A and/or capital raising mandatesExposure to energy, infrastructure, renewables or power marketsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate within fast-paced transaction environmentsDiscipline(s): Renewable Energy, Energy FinanceJob type: Permanent
