IP Solicitor (Brand Protection) | 1–5 PQE | West End Firm A leading West End media and entertainment boutique is looking to hire an IP Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE to join its specialist Brand Protection practice. The role is 4 days a week in the office.
You will work across a broad range of trade mark, design rights, copyright and brand protection matters, advising a high-quality client base on both contentious and non-contentious issues. The role will involve: Trade mark, design and copyright advisory work Brand protection and enforcement matters Advising on the protection and commercialisation of IP rights Working closely with clients across the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors Contributing to the continued growth and development of a specialist IP practice The ideal candidate will have: 1–5 years' PQE with relevant IP experience Strong technical legal skills and excellent attention to detail A particular interest or experience in brands and trade marks A genuine enthusiasm for working with clients in the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors An interest in helping to develop and grow a specialist practice This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist boutique and work on interesting, high-profile brand and IP matters within a genuinely creative client base.
