IT Specialist Contract £40-£50 per hour Onsite in central London 5 days a week 6 month initial contract Okta | MDM | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365 SR2 is recruiting for a growing technology business looking for an IT Specialist to take ownership of their internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes and tooling. The Role Manage Okta, identity/access and automated workflows Manage devices using Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom Troubleshoot laptops, software, meeting rooms and connectivity issues Manage device provisioning, deployment and IT assets Automate manual IT processes and improve internal workflows Maintain security best practices across endpoints and internal systems
Requirements
3+ years' experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
