IT Support Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in a 2nd line IT support role
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, and Mac support experience
• Solid networking and fault-finding skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• MSP experience (desirable)
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar certifications (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support across a varied client base
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and networking issues
• Resolve escalated hardware, software, and connectivity problems
• Take ownership of tickets through to resolution
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service
