IT Support Engineer – Modern Workplace | Banbury I am currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the technology team of a leading organisation within the high-performance motorsport industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to combine traditional 2nd/3rd line support with modern workplace technologies, particularly across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Working as part of a close-knit, collaborative IT function, you will support a large international workforce while helping to improve the way technology is used across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support, acting as an escalation point for the wider support team.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams environments. Support and develop the use of Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and low-code solutions.

Support endpoint management and modern workplace technologies. Work closely with infrastructure and wider technology teams to deliver effective IT services. Key Requirements Strong experience in an IT Support, 2nd Line or 3rd Line position.

Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience. Practical experience with SharePoint and Power Apps / Power Platform. Experience using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
