What you'll be doing
You'll work alongside the IT team to support colleagues across the business and help maintain our technology services.
Your responsibilities will include
Providing 1st line IT support for business users Assisting with hardware and software installations, including new starter device setups Supporting on-site installation and decommissioning of IT equipment and services Helping with basic networking tasks such as PC and printer setup Maintaining and troubleshooting communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook) Creating help guides and FAQs to support users Shadowing experienced IT professionals on projects and day-to-day operational tasks
What we're looking for
No prior professional IT experience required—any relevant coursework or personal projects are a plus Genuine passion for technology and IT Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A logical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative Organisational skills and reliability Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365 (desirable) Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) (desirable) Experience with hardware setup and trou...
