IT Trainer - US Law Firm £60,000 - £70,000 Liverpool Street A brand new role for this award winning law firm - this is a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to person for IT training across their London office, shaping the function from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Delivering end-user IT training across the firm's core systems, including document management, practice management and Microsoft 365 Designing and maintaining training materials, guides and induction content for new joiners Providing floor support and one-to-one coaching to fee earners and business services staff Partnering with IT, L&D and business change teams on the rollout of new systems and updates Acting as the first point of contact for all IT training queries across the London office WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a law firm or wider professional services environment Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including document management systems, practice management systems and Microsoft Office A confident, engaging training style with the ability to adapt to different learning needs Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Interested or know someone who might be?
