IT Trainer

IT Trainer / Technology Adoption Specialist An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to play a key role in driving technology adoption, digital transformation, and user engagement across a growing professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes through classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions. Support users of varying technical abilities, adapting training styles to different learning needs.

Create user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and other learning resources. Promote adoption of new technologies, digital initiatives, and AI-driven solutions. Deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training.

Work closely with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management initiatives. Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering IT and software training. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience creating training documentation and learning materials. Understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management. Knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications. Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.

Experience with Practice Management Systems would be advantageous. About You Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Strong organisational and planning abilities.

Confident, approachable, and engaging trainer. Effective coach and mentor with strong stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about technology. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
