Overview In this role you will help modernise a sophisticated C++ trading system into a scalable, high-performance Java application. You'll work closely with Front Office traders, product specialists and experienced engineers to design real-time trading technology with tangible business impact.
You will have ownership over architectural decisions and contribute to shaping the future platform, while leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude to boost productivity. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a scaling FinTech with a collaborative culture.
