About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Joiner to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades. Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Joiner on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects retail projects.. Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. IT literacy (email, reporting tools, etc.)
