Junior Application Support Engineer FintechQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to join our high profile client. Our client has recently been voted in the fintech 100 (best financial technology businesses).
They provide a market leading financial management software. On a day to Day basis the Support Specialist will:
- Provide technical and elements of functional support to the business users for all applications
- Root cause analysis, document and implement solution
- Change Management
- Provide design input for new projects covering possible reuse, application cooperation and deployment models
- Review implementation and deployment designs
- Release Management
- Install and configure applications
- Configuration Management
Ensure application servers operate within acceptable parameters through monitoring toolsApplication Support Engineers MUST have: Degree in a STEM subject ideally computing based.
