The role We are seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified / Junior Associate (02 years PQE) to join our growing Belfast office. Our team covers a wide range of litigation including motor disease employers liability and public liability claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi-award-winning firm. The role is based in our Belfast office and requires regular communication with clients nationally. We have a collaborative supportive team working in a modern flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities Assisting on a varied caseload of high-quality matters including drafting research and case management Managing your own matters under supervision with increasing autonomy Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex transactions and/or disputes Drafting legal documents correspondence and client advice Conducting legal research and analysis Engaging directly with clients intermediaries and other stakeholders Contributing to business development initiatives including preparing pitches and attending client events Ensuring compliance with internal processes risk management procedures and regulatory requirements Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland England Wales or Ireland (or due to qualify soon) 02 years post-qualification experience within a reputable firm Strong academic background Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure Strong team player with a collaborative mindset What We Offer High-quality international work across a diverse client base Structured training and development opportunities Clear career progression framework Supportive and inclusive team culture Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid and flexible working arrangements About the Belfast Office Our Belfast office is a key part of our UK network offering a dynamic and supportive environment with strong growth ambitions.
