Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing both your technical and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the design and implementation of BMS solutionsSupporting project delivery from initial concept through to commissioningLearning BMS software, controls strategies, and system integrationWorking closely with senior engineers on-site and remotelySupporting testing, commissioning, and system optimisationProducing technical documentation and reportsTraining & DevelopmentStructured on-the-job training with experienced BMS engineersExposure to leading BMS systems and technologiesOngoing technical development and mentoringClear progression pathway into a Project Engineer positionKey RequirementsGood understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)Strong willingness to learn and develop within BMSGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailFull UK driving licence (preferred)Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (desirable) INDUK
