Junior Commercial Advisor

Overview

In this role you help protect what matters most by building relationships and advising prospects on Verisure’s peace of mind solutions. You join a purpose-driven, collaborative team and receive structured training from day one to grow your sales skills. You will work in the community, driving impact through trusted conversations and ongoing coaching. This is a growth-focused opportunity with a clear path to develop commercially while contributing to a people-first mission.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and customers to understand needs
• Advise on and sell peace of mind solutions to interested prospects
• Participate in hands-on coaching from day one and apply learnings
• Engage with the local community to protect homes and families
• Collaborate within a team-driven culture to achieve shared goals
• Utilize company resources and training to develop selling skills

Key requirements

• Valid driving licence (0–3 points)
• Own vehicle for initial period (first 4 months)
• DBS check to be conducted and fully covered by the employer
• Experience in customer-facing sales is not required but beneficial
• Ability to meet prospects and customers in person
