Junior Consultant

Overview

In this role, you will provide first‑level service desk support and troubleshooting for user requests using Jira Service Desk. You will assist in incident and service request resolution while supporting Windows Server environments. You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain documentation and share knowledge, with a focus on learning and improving service delivery. This position offers a hands-on entry point into IT service management within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Log, track and manage service requests and incidents using Jira Service Desk
• Provide timely support to end users via phone, email or ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software and network issues related to Windows Server
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed
• Follow established service desk procedures and workflows to ensure quality service
• Communicate clearly with users to understand issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist in maintaining the service desk knowledge base and documentation
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices within the service desk

Key requirements

• 1–3 years of service desk experience
• Proficient in Jira Service Desk
