Junior Estimator – M&E (Electrical Bias) £35,000 – £40,000 per annum plus benefits Bromley
We are currently seeking a
Junior M&E Estimator
to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London. This role offers exposure across full M&E packages, with a particular emphasis on
electrical building services
, supporting a wide range of projects.
Requirements: Minimum of
3–5 years of experience
within the building services or M&E sector Good working knowledge of
electrical systems
, with an understanding of mechanical services including HVAC and plumbing Experience assisting with or producing
M&E cost estimates
, take-offs, and tender returns Ability to read and interpret
M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules Strong commercial awareness, numerical ability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications: HNC/HND or degree
in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline Experience working across
commercial, residential, and public sector
projects Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and procurement processes
