Junior Growth Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the expansion of HelloFresh and Green Chef partnerships across the UK, sourcing high-impact collaborators and managing end-to-end campaigns. You’ll align with global Growth Partnerships while tailoring strategies to local markets, aiming to grow platform reach and partner value. Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a pipeline of high-quality partnerships across industries (Content/Editorial, Card Linked Offers, B2B, Gift Cards)
• Prospect, pitch, and secure acquisition-focused partnerships
• Manage and optimize partner offers to deliver value and expand reach
• Scale the B2B Retail Media sub-channel (Daily Deals, Gift Cards) for YoY growth
• Forecast, monitor, and adapt partnership deliverables based on performance insights
• Share learnings with local and international teams to boost global performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnerships with marketing and business goals

Key requirements

• Experience in partnerships (B2B, brand or commercial partnerships preferred)
• Ability to think big and leverage marketing channels for partnerships
• Commercial mindset with negotiation skills and understanding of CAC, ROI, LTV, incrementality
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influencing abilities
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to evaluate performance and act on insights
• Organised, independent, and capable of managing multiple conversations and deadlines
