Belcan is looking for a Graduate or Junior Project Manager to join our Aerospace and Marine divisions. Where you will be involved with the delivery of technically challenging engineering projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Junior Project Manager will be involved in multiple projects in commercial and defence sectors dealing with a variety of stakeholders, you will play a key role from bid phase through to successful delivery. This Junior Project Manager role will be based from our Glasgow office and would become Hybrid working.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engineering projects and work packages. Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets. Monitor KPIs, risks, opportunities and project performance. Manage change control and stakeholder engagement.

Produce internal and customer project reports. Support continuous improvement across project management processes and tools. About YouProven project management experience within an engineering environment or University. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.

Strong planning, cost control and risk management skills. Some experience of using MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar tools. Detail and process drivenStrong communication and analytical skills. Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
