This is a key hire within a highly ranked property litigation team known for its breadth of work, market-leading client base and close integration with a heavyweight transactional real estate practice. What You'll Be DoingYou'll play an important role within a well-established and growing property litigation team, working on a broad mix of complex and high-quality contentious real estate matters.

Handling a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals and portfolio management workAdvising on development-related issues such as rights of light, restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession and boundary disputesWorking closely with a nationally recognised partner on telecoms and Electronic Communications Code matters, with the opportunity to build niche expertise Acting for a sophisticated client base including major retailers, institutional landlords, developers, public bodies and large occupiersCollaborating with transactional real estate, insolvency, planning and construction colleagues to provide joined-up commercial adviceManaging your own matters while also contributing to wider team strategy, client relationships and business development activity About YouYou'll bring strong technical grounding and commercial awareness in property litigation.
