Junior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support regulatory reporting initiatives for a prominent fintech client. You’ll work on onboarding new clients and shaping features beyond the standard product, collaborating with development, operations, and client teams. You will help maintain compliant offerings in a dynamic regulatory landscape and contribute to pre-sales support. This is a hands-on, independent-but-collaborative position with clear growth potential within a well-known team.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new clients
• Perform business analysis and specify non-standard customer requirements; manage delivery expectations
• Own analysis, specification, and delivery of customer-requested features outside the standard product
• Liaise with development, operations and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Maintain product offerings in a changing regulatory environment
• Provide pre-sales support
• Work independently while delivering regular status feedback to the Project Manager

Key requirements

• BSc or MSc in IT, economics, maths, or finance
• Excel (ideally)
• SQL (ideally, but not required)
• Interest in technology
• Ideally exposure to Capital Markets regulatory systems
• Ideally some exposure to trading or EMIR / MiFID regulatory frameworks
• Collaborative mindset
• Independent working style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail and delivery focus
• Excel
• SQL (ideally)
