Key Account Manager 3 days a week out on the road & 2 days at home Covering Shropshire, Milton Keynes, Northampton & West Midlands £45 - £50,000 + commission + Company Car Overview My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will help us expand our market presence and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients evolving needs.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead key accounts, influence business strategies, and contribute to our companys success story. Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and tailored service offerings. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to deliver customized solutions.

Monitor account performance using analysis skills to track KPIs, sales metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client information, track interactions, and streamline communication processes.

Skills Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of managing key accounts effectively. Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans.

Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence decision-making. Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
