Position Summary The Kitchen Assistant supports the BOH operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring the team have everything they need for a smooth service. Key Responsibilities Preparation: Assist with basic food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organising ingredients.

Cleanliness: Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment. Stock Control: Receive deliveries and organise storage areas. Support: Work closely with the team to ensure food goes out efficiently. Additional

Undertake other responsibilities and similar tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the business. Key Requirements Experience: Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not mandatory. Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and capable of manual tasks.
