Purpose of the roleTo operate Stoll machines according to production plans and specifications to deliver high quality products and meet customer demandsThe day to dayTo adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirementsProduce products to the agreed specification by following processesQuality checking to ensure a quality product is knitted and delivered to the customerMaintain Stoll machines to in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth running operation and efficiency of the machineEnsure a smooth shift handover by attending daily meetingsChange over machines to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing processOther ConsiderationsData Input requiredPrevious experience, or an understanding of, continuous improvement initiativesExperience within a production environment and/or machine operator role would be beneficialMethodical approachShift PatternThis position requires working a 3- week rotational shift patternWeek 1: Monday to Friday: 06:00 14:00Week 2: Monday to Friday: 14:00 22:00Week 3: Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 06:00Employee BenefitsLife AssurancePension with Employer Contribution of 4%Camira ValuesOur success lies in our customers success.
