Job Description RICS-Qualified Land Agent | Exciting Rural Property OpportunityAre you an experienced RICS-qualified Land Agent looking for your next career move? We are working with a well-established Agriculture Department who are looking for an RICS-qualified Land Agent to join their team and take responsibility for their own portfolio of rural estates.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in land agency, rural estate management or agricultural property who is looking for genuine responsibility, varied work and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.
The RoleYou will work closely with the Senior Land Agent / Head of Agriculture and will be responsible for a varied portfolio of rural estates, including: Managing landlord and tenant relationships and day-to-day estate mattersUndertaking rent reviews, rent collection and arrears managementAdvising on agricultural and rural government grantsLiaising with the Rural Payments Agency and Natural EnglandPreparing and maintaining land and property mappingAssisting with agricultural client accounts and reportingManaging grazing agreements, repairs and maintenanceProject managing specialist rural property projectsProviding professional advice on rural estate and land managementAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is: RICS qualified essentialExperienced as a Land Agent, Rural Surveyor or in a similar rural property roleExperienced in rural estates, agricultural property and/or land managementConfident dealing with landlords, tenants and clientsOrganised and able to manage your own portfolio and workloadCommercially aware with excellent communication skillsCAAV qualification, rent review experience, agricultural grant knowledge and experience with Pro Map/LandApp would be highly desirable.
