LCV Technician

Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire Salary: £38,500 – £42,500 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Why Apply? Up to £42,500 OTE Weekly time-saved and team bonus scheme Manufacturer training and career progression 30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service Company pension scheme Life assurance Staff and family discounts on vehicles and servicing Employee Assistance Programme Employee referral bonus scheme Staff recognition and reward schemes LCV Technician Role Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair requirements Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and meet required standards Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance Complete workshop documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety LCV Technician Requirements Minimum 3 years' practical workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) Experience within a main dealership or independent garage Good servicing, repair and basic diagnostic skills Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points Right to work in the UK MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential If you're interested in this Vehicle Technician vacancy in Scunthorpe, please apply with your CV and one of our consultants will contact you upon receipt.
