Responsibilities

• Define and deliver customer-centric data strategies and data engineering excellence within Applied Intelligence
• Shape AI strategy and oversee delivery of LLM-based solutions to enhance customer and marketing outcomes
• Architect early-stage Generative AI initiatives, including PoCs and prototypes, with cross-functional guidance
• Deploy and scale AI solutions, including containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment
• Advise on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model deployment
• Ensure Responsible and Ethical AI by integrating Responsible AI principles into evaluations
• Promote best practices and reusable assets across current and future problems
• Lead across industries to deliver AI-driven customer and marketing transformations
• Mentor and develop others within the Applied Intelligence practice
