Team/Role OverviewMarket Treasury Technology team is seeking a Lead Business Analyst who has diverse product knowledge and extensive experience of working in the banking industry. The individual will be responsible for business analysis, understanding the underlying data and designing the intraday liquidity solution for our business.
The role will be interface between business stakeholders and the Development team covering all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production rollout. What you’ll doWork with Business, OPS and Tech teams to drive towards a common solutionPerform data analysis using excel, python and other data analysis toolsUnderstand existing solutions and eco-system to co-relate with business requirements and gapsDiscuss the business requirements/solutions with tech teams to understand tech designDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria to test developed functionalityTo be able to conduct meetings with senior stakeholders to get their consensus and supportWhat we’ll need from youExperience in cash management and Intraday liquidity management for a financial institutionaVery Good understanding of various SWIFT messages related to payments, statements and intraday balances Good understanding of core Markets products e.g.
FX, MM, Fixed Income especially from cashflow perspectiveExtensive knowledge of data analysis tools e.g. python, excel etcAwareness of industry trends and technology landscapesGood understanding of modern software engineering practices and technologiesExcellent communication and complex problem-solving skillsWhat we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
