Lead Databricks Architect-London (Hybrid) Databricks - Azure - Data & AI Leadership - Up to £115,000 Are you looking to take ownership of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes while leading teams and shaping technical delivery?

Due to continued growth, we're hiring multiple Lead Databricks Architects to join a rapidly expanding Data & AI practice delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across a range of industries.

This is a leadership-focused role combining architecture, technical leadership and delivery oversight. You'll work closely with architects, delivery leads and senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, oversee engineering delivery and build modern Databricks-based platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.

You'll join a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists, working on enterprise-scale programmes that utilise the latest technologies across Databricks, Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems. If you enjoy leading technical teams, influencing architecture decisions and helping organisations unlock the value of their data, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
