Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer - Guinea, West Africa Lead Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) - Guinea, West Africa. We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee engineering efforts for a large-scale iron ore project in West Africa.
Overview Role is rotational and based in Guinea, West Africa. Responsibilities Manage and oversee Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering for rail and export infrastructure. Ensure safe, fit-for-purpose designs aligned with project standards.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality deliverables. Oversee scope integration, technical reviews, and field engineering efforts. Support commissioning, issue resolution, and change management. Key Requirements 15+ years in C&I engineering, ideally in mega projects, mining, or material handling.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Experience in Africa or China is highly regarded. Proficiency in French or Chinese is a plus. Location: West Africa Rotation: Fly-in-fly-out schedule.
