We're looking for a Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer who will take technical ownership of a prestigious client building in Bournemouth, helping to improve building resilience, drive PPM performance and ensure a safe, compliant and reliable environment.

Role Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day engineering performance on site. Deliver electrical and multi-skilled planned and reactive maintenance. Improve building resilience and reliability across critical systems. Drive PPM completion, quality and technical compliance standards.

Manage and challenge specialist suppliers and contractors whilst building strong relationships with the client and FM team. Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificationStrong electrical fault-finding skills with broader building services knowledge across HVAC, BMS, mechanical plant and critical systems.FM or commercial building maintenance experience.
