We're looking for an Engineering Manager – Electrical Bias to lead the FM maintenance team on the prestigious NATS contract, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of multi-skilled maintenance services within a critical infrastructure environment.

Role ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Maintenance Manager and provide overall direction to the FM team delivering planned and reactive maintenance services. Oversee compliance activities, records management, audits, and reporting while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Supervise High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) switching operations in accordance with Mitie Safe Systems of Work. Ensure all contractual KPIs and service standards are achieved while coordinating specialist contractors and suppliers.

Provide operational support and cover for the Facilities Management Service Co-ordinator and Engineering Director when required. Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:Proven experience in an engineering management role with a strong electrical bias.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working within a critical or high-availability environment is desirable.HV/LV Appointed Person experience is advantageous; willingness to complete and pass a recognised High Voltage Appointed Persons Course is essential.
