Job Description Lead Engineer Salary Up to £55,000 Monday Friday (40 Hours) Manchester Lead Engineer Skills, Experience, and education required: Previous experience within a Food manufacturing environment Electrical / Mechanical fault-finding experience Experience with PLCs Experience managing a small team of Engineers Lead Engineer Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will need to: Having experience working in a 5S environment and ensuring a tidy and clean as you go policy.
Manage a small team of Engineers Schedule work with current engineering team and liaising with the production team to ensure all machines are well maintained and ready for production. Assess the competence and future proof the existing small team General maintenance of machinery Fault finding on the machinery within the factory Support multiple product lines Keyskills Maintenance Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager JBRP1_UKTJ
