Lead Exchange Connectivity Engineer

Exchange Connectivity Operations Manager The Role Join a leading crypto trading firm to own the exchange onboarding process from contract signing through to go-live and ongoing support. Working across trading, engineering, sales and exchange partners, you'll ensure integrations are delivered on time, tested thoroughly and maintained effectively.

This is a 50% operations / 50% technical coordination role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to deepen their understanding of crypto market infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Own exchange onboarding from contract to production.

Coordinate with trading, engineering, sales and exchange partners. Manage API configuration, testing and go-live readiness. Track integration progress, upgrades and exchange changes. Support technical reviews and identify blockers early.

Maintain documentation and ongoing exchange relationships. Requirements 2+ years in crypto trading, exchanges or digital asset infrastructure. Understanding of REST/WebSocket APIs, exchange connectivity and testing. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Comfortable reading API documentation and assessing integrations. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams. Nice to Have Experience with exchange integrations, FIX, Jira/Notion/Linear. Knowledge of CEX/DEX infrastructure.
