Lead Pricing Analyst

Overview

As Lead Pricing Analyst, you will own complex pricing initiatives and shape the insurer’s portfolio performance through advanced pricing and predictive modelling. You’ll analyse claims trends, assess risk-cost changes, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will also mentor junior analysts and contribute to refining the overall pricing approach. This role offers hybrid working with flexible patterns and a opportunity to drive pricing strategy within a collaborative, data-driven team.

Key requirements

• Pricing experience in insurance
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, SAS or SQL
• Knowledge of modelling techniques: GLMs, GBMs and GAMs
• Experience with machine learning and model implementation
• Coaching or mentoring analysts is beneficial
