Who We're Looking For Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working The Work We work across a range of well-known tech organisations and brands, with ongoing engagements spanning multiple sectors — plus new opportunities on the horizon that would let the right person grow alongside some genuinely excellent engineers.
