The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting architectural direction and establishing standards across a complex Salesforce estate. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, security and business stakeholders to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure and aligned with long-term business objectives.
You’ll Be:
- Defining Salesforce architecture, principles, standards and reusable patterns across a complex enterprise environment
- Providing hands-on architectural leadership across major Salesforce implementations and transformation programmes
- Governing integrations, data flows, security and cross-platform architectural decisions
- Leading and developing a distributed team of architects, developers and administrators
- Acting as the senior technical authority for Salesforce architecture, governance and assurance across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Deep, demonstrable Salesforce solution and technical architecture expertise, with CTA highly desirable
- 10+ years’ experience designing and delivering large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Strong expertise across CRM, customer engagement, marketing, data and loyalty platforms
- Proven experience leading architectural decisions across complex programmes and distributed technical teams
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts
