Job Description Learning and Development Coordinator- Health Social Care 41000 per annum Fuel Allowance Full-Time North West England Our client is an established healthcare provider looking for an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Coordinator in Health and Social Care to deliver high-quality training across their nursing and residential homes in the North West.

This is a field-based role with real variety - covering a wide range of training subjects supporting new home inductions and playing a central part in ensuring staff across the group are skilled confident and compliant. If you are a qualified trainer with a background in healthcare and a genuine passion for developing people this is a role where your expertise will make a tangible difference every single day.

What Our Client Is Looking For L3 in Education and Training or equivalent recognised teaching/training qualification - essential Proven experience delivering care-related training across a varied range of subjects - essential Up-to-date knowledge and experience in Safeguarding Moving and Assisting First Aid and Basic Life Support - essential Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Skills for Care and CQC standards NUCO and RoSPA qualifications - desirable Excellent communication presentation and organisational skills Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites across the South East - essential Whats on Offer 41000 per annum Fuel allowance Annual leave increasing with service Paid breaks Wellbeing programme support Company pension scheme Benefits rewards portal Comprehensive induction training Key Responsibilities Designing planning and delivering a wide range of training courses across multiple sites including Safeguarding Moving and Assisting First Aid Dementia and the Mental Capacity Act Conducting learner assessments and ensuring outcomes meet Skills for Care and CQC standards Supporting induction training for new homes and employees ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery Facilitating and leading Champion programmes supporting home champions to achieve required standards Maintaining accurate training records and adapting to varying operational needs across the group Providing guidance and troubleshooting support on the e-learning system Keeping training content and methods current and aligned with best practice Skills for Care guidance and CQC requirements Designing new course content as required to meet emerging training needs How to Apply If you hold a Level 3 in Education and Training and have proven experience delivering care-related training wed love to hear from you.
