As our Team Manager, you will report directly into our Operations Managers and will be helping to support them and the wider team by managing the Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives, making sure they remain engaged, organised and motivated.
Our Team Manager will be driving and delivering on our expectations, making sure your department are meeting agreed customer service level agreements to allow us to continue delivering exceptional services for our customers.
