We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school and become a valued member of their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to work in a school , but genuinely wants to make a difference to children's lives, learning and confidence .You will have the opportunity to work across different Key Stages , supporting pupils both 1:1 and within small groups , meaning no two days will necessarily look the same. The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant,
you will
Provide high-quality 1:1 support to pupils who require additional assistance. Work with small groups of children , supporting their learning and development. Support pupils across different Key Stages and adapt your approach to different ages and abilities.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children. Encourage pupils to develop their confidence, independence and resilience .Support children who may require additional academic, social, emotional or behavioural support.
Work closely with teachers and the wider support team to ensure pupils receive consistent support. Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Celebrate progress, however big or small. Encourage children to believe in themselves and reach their potential.

Adaptable - You can confidently move between Key Stages, individuals and groups and adjust your approach according to the needs of the pupils. Relationship-focused - You understand the importance of building trust before expecting children to engage and learn.
