Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and caring individual as a Lead Learning and Support Assistant to work within a mainstream school as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant. Job : Learning Support Assistant Location : Hatfield Contract : Contract, 5 days per week Date: December 2026 Impressive behaviour management skills are key to being successful with this role.

This role will consist of One to one assistance creating pupil progression. Whole class assistance working alongside qualified and experienced teacher. Behaviour management of individual pupils and classes of pupils. Delivery of small group or individual intervention programmes We have a successful record of placements within the Primary and Secondary Schools across Hatfield.
