Lease Advisory - Associate Partner

Overview

In this role you will strengthen and grow Carter Jonas’ national Lease Advisory capability. You’ll work from Bristol or London, collaborating with a regional network to support high-profile assets and drive national expansion.

You lead lease advisory tasks, nurture client relationships, and help secure new instructions, while mentoring junior team members. Your work blends deep Landlord & Tenant expertise with cross-team collaboration to deliver measurable value for clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Landlord & Tenant expertise across rent reviews and lease renewals
• Support lease and asset management opportunities
• Inspect and measure assets
• Gather comparable evidence and prepare client schedules and lease event reports
• Liaise with clients and report on progress
• Attend meetings with clients, opposing advisors and colleagues
• Proactively grow the Lease Advisory team and secure new instructions
• Assist Partners with larger instructions, client relationships and business generation
• Collaborate with other commercial teams to develop cross-selling opportunities and maintain consistency

Key requirements

• MRICS qualification (ideally)
• significant experience in commercial real estate with a focus on Landlord & Tenant
• strong knowledge of lease advisory at local and national levels
