Job Summary ð NEW LEASE ADVISORY ROLE ðAssociate Surveyor to Partner – Lease AdvisoryLondon basedWe're looking for an experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor to join a long-established, market-leading retail property practice in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in high street and shopping centre lease advisory who is looking to take the next step in their career within a specialist retail-focused business. You'll work across a UK-wide instruction base, advising major institutional and property clients while working closely with the Agency & Investment teams.
We're looking for someone with: Strong high street and/or shopping centre lease advisory experience Excellent technical and negotiation skills A commercially minded and proactive approach Experience leading instructions and developing client relationships Ambition to progress and play a key role in the future of the teamThe business offers a genuinely entrepreneurial environment, strong client exposure and a proven track record of developing future Partners.
