Were seeking a talented Leather Technician to join an established team manufacturing luxury interiors for some of the world's most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes. In this role, youll combine traditional leather-handling skills with modern manufacturing standards, taking pride in delivering flawless finishes that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements Ensure products meet design specifications, tolerances and customer quality standardsBe competent in maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements at short noticeMaintain a professional, accountable, proactive and helpful attitude at all timesHave a strong work ethic with a can do attitudePerform rework or repairs on defective itemsLiaise with other technicians to achieve desired product finishesSkills & Experience required: Proven experience in leather automotive environment would be desirableProficiency with leather handling techniquesPrevious experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret patterns, drawings, work orders etcGood time management and ability to meet strict deadlinesUnderstanding of workplace Health & Safety??
