Job Description Legal Compliance Manager Location: London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office) Salary: Competitive + benefits This forward-thinking, innovative legal firm is seeking a Legal Compliance Manager to support and enhance its compliance function within a modern, technology-driven legal environment.
The Role You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk across the business, working closely with legal and operational teams. The position offers a mix of hands-on compliance work, advisory responsibilities, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day compliance and risk management activities Assist with AML processes, including CDD, source of funds and risk assessments Help maintain and improve compliance policies and procedures Review matters, identify risks, and support escalation where needed Contribute to improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters About You Experience in legal compliance within conveyancing or property law Strong knowledge of AML regulations, POCA, and CLC or SRA frameworks Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer Practical experience handling AML and risk processes Proactive, detail-oriented and interested in improving how compliance operates What's on Offer?
