Legal Counsel - Global Technology Business

We're working exclusively with a fast-growing international business to appoint its first dedicated Employment Legal Counsel. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the employment law function while working closely with HR, leadership, and legal teams across Europe, the US, and Asia.
The Role You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including: Employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters Employment contracts, policies, and organisational change Workforce planning, employment compliance, and legal risk Supporting HR and senior stakeholders on strategic employment issues Managing external counsel and delivering employment law training About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years' PQE in employment law Strong UK employment law knowledge; international experience is a plus Commercial, pragmatic, and confident partnering with business stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why Join?
