Legal Director - IN-HOUSE INTERIM Household name LONDON Our client is a well-established international hospitality and leisure business with an extensive portfolio across key markets. The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality guest experiences and operates in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, with an entrepreneurial approach to growth and development.
They are now seeking an experienced Legal Director on an interim basis, starting in early October for an initial period of 10–12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate legal background and be comfortable operating across a broader commercial remit, or be a well-rounded commercial lawyer with solid corporate experience.
This is a broad and highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and providing advice on a varied mix of corporate, commercial and strategic matters. It would suit a senior lawyer who enjoys being close to the business and is looking for a role with genuine breadth, autonomy and impact.
