Construction (Non-Contentious) Bristol HybridAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Partner or Legal Director to join a well-regarded Construction team, specialising in non-contentious work.

This role is suited to a commercially minded Solicitor with a strong track record of advising on complex development and infrastructure projects, and a passion for building and growing a practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading client relationships, driving business development initiatives and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Working alongside highly respected practitioners, they will advise on a broad range of construction matters, delivering strategic and pragmatic solutions.

Key responsibilities include

Advising on non-contentious construction matters, including contracts and project documentationDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on growthLeading business development initiatives and expanding sector presenceCollaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated adviceApplicants will demonstrate technical excellence, commercial awareness and strong leadership capability.
