A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded boutique law firm within their Family team. This is an initial maternity cover with strong potential to become a permanent position. \ N
The Firm
My client is a well-established boutique firm with an excellent reputation in Family law, particularly known for handling complex and high-value matters. They offer a professional yet supportive working environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and high standards of client service. \ N
The Role
You will provide full PA support to 1 Partner and 2 Fee Earners, working closely within a busy and fast-paced Family team. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \ N
Key Responsibilities: \ N
Diary andinbox management for fee earners \ N Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence \ N Managing electronic and paper files via iManage \ N Time recording andcoordinating the billing process (P4W) \ N Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and third parties \ N Assisting with case management and administrative tasks \ N Organising traveland preparing itineraries \ N Supporting with new matter opening and file archiving \ N
Key Requirements: \ N
Previous Legal PA experience within Family law is essential \ N Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \ N Confident, proactive and able to work independently \ N Experience with iManage and/or P4W is advantageous \ N Strong communication skills and professional client manner \ N
