About You
You've worked as a recruiter within an agency. You've successfully placed Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firmsYou live and breathe recruiting: sourcing, screening, pitching, and closing talent in competitive markets.
You're comfortable working independently with hiring managers to build world-class teams. You're proactive, organized, and resourceful. No hand-holding needed.
What You'll Do
Source and engage top-tier candidates for Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys.
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).Demonstrated experience working with Am Law 100 lawyers. Excellent communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
