About the RoleYou will play a key role in delivering high-quality Early Years education, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging EYFS learning experiences in line with the frameworkSupport planning, observations, and assessmentsCreate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all childrenWork collaboratively with colleagues to support individual developmentMaintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the settingWhat We’re Looking ForA full Level 3 qualification in Early Years or ChildcareExperience working in a Nursery or Reception settingA caring, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early developmentAbility to plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activitiesStrong communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamInterview ProcessChild Interaction Task (30–40 minutes): Leading a simple activity with a childFormal Interview: With the Nursery Manager and DirectorWhy Join This Setting?
